The Golden Compass and Hammer Philosophy Club's first two meetings featured several interesting topics of discussion. Thanks to all student initiates that made it such a success. Topics included the possibility of existence beyond our planet, the significant roles of the Jedi masters, the written discoveries of ancient civilizations, and also the ethical issues in the movie I am Legend. I also would like to shout out Mr. Benitez and Mr. Garret for their support and their interesting points.
